Covering a range of essential practical tasks, this two day course will provide the advanced skills needed to fulfil your many responsibilities.

From major operations and incidents to surveillance tactics and technical awareness this 2-day training will provide a sound grasp of communications and planning and the ability to solve wide range of day-to-day challenges. 

This course has no prerequisites to enrolment and is open to all who wish to learn more about control room management. Learners are assessed through a series of assignments (individual/group) covering various subject areas of the course syllabus, plus an individual evening project and a written assessment.

The course carries a BTEC Level 3 Award – a respected qualification for anyone seeking career opportunities in the electronic security sector. By holding this qualification, you demonstrate to your clients and colleagues you have advanced skills in CCTV Control Room Supervision.

On leaving the Royal Navy Lewis joined one of the UK’s largest independent security systems companies as their Chief service/installation engineer, then in 1999 was head-hunted to become the Head of Engineering at the Career Transition Partnership to run their engineering department and to deliver Security Systems training courses.
